2. COULD I REFUND ANYTHING I PURCHASE FROM DANAZOM.COM?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or

4. HOW DO I CLAIM A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
To claim a refund on an item as specified above, the first thing you need to do is contact us at
(Danazom.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Sometimes we do not require you to return
the damaged item to us in order to receive a replacement, so it’s important that you contact us first.
If we do require you to return the damaged item, we will issue you a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Our products must be returned in their original condition with the original
packaging. In some cases, we may require photographic evidence.

Because we process our orders at the warehouse at the end of every day, if you want to cancel an

order. If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the
warehouse for processing and shipping, at which point we may be unable to cancel the order. You

At Danazom, Our average shipping time to USA is between 3-14 days. Though we’ve been seeing
much quicker shipping times recently. In very rare cases it can take up to 30 business days for some
products.
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
Large or Bulky Items
Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day as of now. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Tuesday). cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the
