Shipping and Delivery

At Danazom, Our average shipping time to USA is between 3-14 days. Though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. In very rare cases it can take up to 30 business days for some products.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

        ·  Weather

        · Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)

        · Large or Bulky Items

        · Shipping Provider Error



If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day as of now. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Tuesday).

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.



To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the given time frame to arrive at your destination.


If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 45 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!





It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.


If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.



By placing an order at, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our ‘Refund & Returns Policy’ (link this to refund policy page) for further information on how to return your packages.
